While traveling by air, it is the perfect time to sit back, relax, and read. Reading is a great way to relax and it can even give you something to look forward to while on your flight. The most important thing about how to prevent anxiety while traveling by air is to recognize the fact that you may become anxious. Be prepared to deal with anxiety if it happened. Keeping your mind busy and occupied is a great way to keep your mind off of air travel. By having a computer, book, or magazine you will have something to occupy your mind and help you pass the time without giving you the chance to dwell on the fact that you are flying.
